To change the assigned touchpoint / playlist on a POS.digital Media Player, you will need to open a ticket. This setting cannot be changed on the player itself in the wizard.

To open the ticket please contact your local IT Service Desk / Dealer Help Desk (1st Level). Please state the BuNo, BoxID and the desired touchpoint for your player.

The available touchpoints are:
